SKILLS AND TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:
· Manage Microsoft Office 365 web center for Teams, One Drive, Share Point, Outlook & Stream.
• Configure & Troubleshoot Operating Systems eg. Windows7,8,10 & Windows Server 2K8 & 2K12
• Configure & Manage DNS, DHCP and Active Directory on Windows Server 2008& 2012.
• Configure & Troubleshoot Emails: Microsoft 365 Outlook, Lotus notes, Mozilla Thunderbirds etc.
• Install & Configure Network, Local & Share Printers, Network devices, Switches.
• Resolve Server problems like system hang, Virus Issues, Network, and Connection Failure etc.
• Cabling & crimping for Systems, Hubs, Switches and Routers.
➢ Key Roles & Responsibility:
· Provide Computer Software, Hardware and Operating System support e.g. Windows7, 8, 10 and Windows Server 2008 & 2012.
· Manage Configure & Troubleshoot MS Outlook G-suit mail for Employees.
· Managing all Users, Issues in IT Ticketing Tool, closing on given Time.
· Symantec Antivirus Installation, Updating, Managing OU, Scanning & Protecting Hosts & Servers from Virus& Threats.
· Monitor & Manage Active Directory User NT Login, Password & IT Policies for Domain User Accounts.
· Create Policies For User as per management Approval.
· Manage Configure& Troubleshoot Microsoft Office365 and Azure AD users eg. User creation, License
Assign, Password Reset, Blocking and user deletion as per requirement.
· Manage and Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams for Virtual Meetings with others Clients.
· Provide Support to Development Team With Their Requirement.
· Hosted Application on SQL Server Which are Developed by Development Team.
· Created Backup & Check on daily basis.
· Resolve the users Problems over remote with in SLA.
· Co-ordinate with vendors in USA(New Jersy) as well as in India( Lucknow).
· Responsible to Up and Running Properly Both Offices India as well as USA.
