I am an IT professional from Manila, Philippines, with almost 6 years of experience in both manual and automation testing. My expertise spans a wide range of testing types, including functional testing, sanity testing, performance testing, efficiency, maintainability, system testing, unit testing, portability, regression testing, and integration testing. My hands-on experience in automation testing primarily involves using Selenium WebDriver, a powerful tool for automating web applications for testing purposes.

In my career, I have developed a strong capability in creating detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts, as well as preparing test data and executing test plans effectively. The applications I have worked with include ALM, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and G-Suite, which have all played crucial roles in my testing processes.

My technical skills extend to writing DB2/SQL queries, which I use for verification and validation tasks. I have also been responsible for creating comprehensive reports that document the outcomes of test executions, highlighting passed and failed scenarios, and detailing defect reports. This has been essential in maintaining high standards of quality and ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed and resolved.

Additionally, I have significant experience in production batch support, where I handle various issues depending on their severity. The tools I have used for this purpose include Jira, RequestIT, and ServiceNow. My role often involves troubleshooting and providing solutions to ensure smooth production operations, which has enhanced my problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
