Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
• Carry out the recruiting and selection process for the Organisation with a view to provide the
best talent across region and departments, efficiently and on time.
• Understanding the requirement with the inputs of Project Leads/ Managers and Internet.
• Sourcing the profiles through Job Boards, Employee Referrals, Campus Drive, Walk-in/
Recruitment Drives, Social Media etc. to achieve the targets within the timelines.
• Screening and Shortlisting the candidates based on the Job Description.
• Conducting the preliminary round of interview and coordinating with Team leads/ HODs for
further rounds.
• Engage Business Leads/Project Leads/ Team Leads on regular basis to resolve and clarify any
recruitment delivery issues.
• Carrying out the reference check of the selected candidates.
• CTC Negotiation and Closing.
• Keeping in touch with the selected candidates till the time they join, subsequently completing
their joining formalities & coordinating to arrange their orientation and induction program.
HR Operation
➢ On boarding
• Complete the joining formalities of the new joiner and carry out the Orientation program in
accordance with Company standards.
• Carry out the employee introduction, arrange and conduct their Induction program.
• Keep on checking with the new joiners to till the time they get comfortable in the Company.
➢ Documentation
• Drafting Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Increment Letters, Relieving
Letters, Experience Certificates etc.
• Responsible for creating personnel files and maintaining them throughout the lifecycle of the
employee

• Preparing relevant MIS for the information of top management and other stakeholders.
(Attrition and Retention Reports, Productivity and Workload Analysis, Recruitment Review
Reports, Induction Summary, Manpower Strength etc.)
• Update the data on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually based on the nature of
report.
➢ Employee Relations
• Develop good relations with highly diverse employees, Team Leads, HODs and other
stakeholders.
• Looking into Employee Grievances directly and over the email.
➢ Attendance and Leave Management
• Ensure that all the Company policies are adhered to while calculating the attendance of each
employee.
• Ensure that the leaves are credited/ debited as per the Company leave policy and accurate data
is accessible to the employees.
➢ Employee Engagement
• Timely carry out Employee Satisfaction Survey to get an insight of whether the employees are
motivated/ engaged with the job and address any immediate concerns or queries, subsequently
send the report to the leadership and implement the approved suggestion.
• Organize Employee Welfare activities such as Birthday and Work Anniversary celebrations,
Outings, Social Gatherings etc.

Exit Process
Notify all the Department Heads about the resignation.
Conduct/ Arrange the Exit Interview.
Department wise approval for exit process and assigned assets tracking.
Communicate the status of the pending dues to the employee.
