• Involve in End to End recruitment life cycle (Contract, contract 2 Hire and Permanent).
• Experience with various domains like CRM, BFSI, and ERP within IT industry.
• Managing End to End IT Recruitment for Clients that includes Sourcing, Screening, Interview scheduling & coordination, Feedback Collection and Post offer Follow-up.
• Team handling, Client Handling, Vendor Management
