Before this, I was Tex International Ltd.'s Senior Executive-HR & Admin, where I oversaw all aspects of hiring, payroll, benefits, and performance reviews while spearheading projects that enhanced corporate culture and increased employee retention.

I've accumulated a great deal of experience in onboarding, payroll, attendance control, policy implementation, and training and development over the course of my career. In addition, I have extensive expertise in asset control, budgeting, vendor management, procurement, and event planning, which helps to make sure that administrative tasks are carried out smoothly in support of larger corporate goals.
