Kishian Vanessa Cabanayan

My family and friends call me Kishian,

I am a wife and mother of 5 kids. I have 3 boys and 2 girls.

My interests outside of work include cooking, watching movies, and reading a book. The genres I liked were romance, thriller/suspense, documentary, and action. 

My total working experience in the BPO field is 5 years and 8 months, which has enhanced my confidence and knowledge about customer service. 

My experience working remotely equipped me with tools and skills that can benefit the company. I have strong communication and listening skills. I can deliver consistently high levels of customer service and prioritize my work based on the company's commercial objectives. 

With comprehensive experience in customer service

support, bookkeeping, and virtual assistant, I focus on

resolving issues and bookkeeping responsibilities, being in charge of administrative tasks, and magnifying

organizational skills.

My strengths are an excellent match for the job description. I am a selfless collaborator who supports co-workers and focuses on the team's objectives. I take ownership of my professional development to ensure I add value to the team. Other strengths include my ability to adapt well to change and my flexibility, which means I will willingly carry out duties outside my job description to help the company in times of need. 

My biggest weakness is impatience. I sometimes get slightly frustrated when others slow down my work. However, I am aware of my weakness and am working on it to improve my influencing skills to persuade others to increase their work output.
