Additionally, I have experience in outbound sales within the BPO industry, working with SXM, a U.S.-based radio subscription service. My main responsibility there was payment collection. Most recently, I worked as a regional coordinator, managing subcontractors and scheduling their appointments with homeowners for a U.S.-based company.
