I started working in the BPO industry since 2013. I was a Customer Service Representative, Collection Support, Lead Generator, Data Entry Specialist, Trainer Assistant, Appointment Setter and an Account Coordinator.
I am trained to practice proper email etiquette and how to provide excellent customer service. I can speak and write English proficiently. I am good at multi-tasking and can adopt easily to new task.
