I am a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in loan processing, administrative support, and admissions operations. Over the years, I have developed a strong foundation in managing complex workflows, handling sensitive documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, teams, and external partners.

My career began in administrative support, where I honed my organizational and communication skills. I later transitioned into the U.S. mortgage and title industry, working under the Title Send Team for Boston National Title. In this role, I was responsible for verifying borrower documents, managing loan files through Encompass LOS, and ensuring compliance with lender and title requirements. This experience strengthened my ability to work accurately under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Alongside my mortgage background, I also have experience in admissions operations for Canadian institutions. I supported student application processing, document verification and communication with prospective students. Through this, I developed a deep understanding of customer service, data management, and the importance of timely follow-ups.

I am proficient in a wide range of tools and applications including Encompass LOS, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, Hubstaff, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and Amazon Workspaces. My adaptability with technology allows me to learn new systems quickly and maintain efficiency across multiple platforms.
