Previously worked as Customer Insights Consultant for about 4 years for the biggest Australian Telecommunication provider. On a daily basis, I do random or live call monitoring to consultants and be able to gather insights specific to customer's feedback, complaints and or sales. We make sure that quality is utmost provided across customers to ensure not just to improve customer experience every time but for program and company stability as a whole. We also look into sales call quality to ensure that our consultant's (voice and chat) accurately sell the right product and service and will definitely leave an impact to our customer's lives.
