I have over 6 years of experience in the BPO industry. I’ve received hands-on training in resolving issues related to telecommunication accounts such as handling customer calls related to their phone bills, changing mobiles plans, activating mobile devices, changing phone numbers and many more. I was also a Customer Service Representative for a Hawaiian Airlines. As a CSR for an Airline account, I was in charge in answering calls related to processing tickets, upgrades, providing exact amount for their plane tickets, assist customers of their seat assignments, resolve complaints like flight delays, lost luggage and cancellations. Currently, I am a Customer Support for Adapthealth mainly handling Durable Medical Equipment. My main responsibilities include answering calls related to CPAP machine or Continuous Positive Airway Pressure which is a device that is being used to treat patients sleep apnea. For this role, I am in charge in processing orders for CPAP supplies, help patient's track their orders. I also do outbound calls, in order to obtain medical documents such as Prescription, compliance report and visit notes.
