Hi, I’m Kien Jelson Villanueva, but I also go by Vide, Kisova, or Vacio in creative spaces. I’m someone who values emotional depth, quiet focus, and meaningful work. While I don’t have formal work experience yet, I’ve developed strong personal skills through real-life responsibilities, self-guided learning, and my own experiences navigating complex relationships and independent living. These shaped me into someone who listens with care, communicates with intention, and adapts quickly when things don’t go as planned.
My strength lies in empathy. I’m naturally attentive to how others feel, often noticing things left unsaid. Whether it’s in conversations or tasks, I aim to approach things with honesty, subtlety, and awareness. This makes me a good fit for roles where tone, trust, and clarity matter, like virtual assistance, customer support, writing, or any position that involves helping people feel seen and understood.
I also enjoy working behind the scenes. I like the challenge of organizing information, handling details, and making things flow smoothly. I take my time to understand tasks deeply, and I find fulfillment in doing things well rather than just quickly. Though I’m quiet by nature, I stay curious and reflective, and I’m always looking for ways to grow—both personally and professionally.
I’m also creatively inclined. I enjoy drawing, storytelling, and emotionally-driven writing. This gives me an edge in roles that require sensitivity, aesthetics, or communication that goes beyond the surface. I’ve helped people express difficult thoughts, organized long conversations into clean summaries, and supported others emotionally through writing, all of which taught me the importance of tone, timing, and trust.
If I were to sum it up, I’d say I’m best suited for support roles that require emotional intelligence, structure, and heart. I’m still early in my journey, but I’m not afraid to take initiative, learn what I don’t know, and quietly go the extra mile for the people or projects I believe in.
Whether it’s helping someone stay organized, writing with empathy, or simply showing up with consistency and care, I’m ready to contribute to a team that values more than just speed—one that values sincerity, reflection, and purpose.
