I have been working in the Business Process Outsourcing job since 2006. The BPO Industry taught me how to adjust on a dynamic and diversified environment. Aside from that, I learned to be open to random changes and updates, and adapting to these changes. I was able to handle different campaigns both Inbound and Outbound accounts namely: VOIP (Vonage-In bound US Sales), admin assistant (Vonage US), travel account (Expedia.com), credit card (HSBC-Inbound/Outbound US Customer Service), computer (HP-Inbound US Customer Service), satellite TV provider (DirecTV-US Inbound Customer Service), cable TV provider (Bell-Outbound Canada Sales), online schooling (Outbound Canada Sales), and mobile phones (Solo and Bell-Outbound Canada Sales).I then ventured working online at home on 2011 to have time to my kids and family. I started working as a freelance homebased contractor since March 2011 and handled different kinds of projects across the globe (US,Canada, UK and Australia). I did appointment setting and cold calling, customer service, project management, virtual assistant, data entry and web research, internet and social media marketing, customer service (email) and telemarketing. I also have knowledge on generating leads using LinkedIn, Google, Manta etc. since I have accounts on them too.Working as a freelance home based online contractor has been my family's bread and butter, thus I make sure that jobs are accomplished successfully while complying the standards set by the company and exceeding the customers' expectation.
