About

In October 2017, I started a one-year internship in The Middle East Investment Initiative (MEII) which is a guarantee fund that aims to stimulate SME financing by providing partial risk cover for SME loan portfolios and provides technical assistance programs for its partner banks (Attijari Bank, Amen Bank and Arab Tunisian Bank) to stimulate sustainable economic activity and long-lasting job creation in Tunisia,

Having worked within the organization for over a year, I have developed a wide range of skills that would meet, and exceed the expectations for my future career.

I was responsible for creating a financial tool that helps the credit team to judge the received loans, getting more familiar with Excel anddoing consistent market research for different sectors such as education, agriculture, high-end furniture sector, microfinance…

I improved the organization’s environmental and social management system under the country manager supervision which allowed me to be more versatile since I am always interested in the various aspects of knowledge.

By getting more and more involved in its main operational aspects; I delivered monitoring reports on the economic situation of the market and SMEs’ sectorial analysis and shared my findings in the credit committee meetings.

In November 2018, I was promoted to a research and credit Analyst as a result for my hard word and commitment, I was mainly providing multiple support functions to the credit specialists such as studying closely the SME sector, the eligibility of borrowers and storing SMEs information’s in the MIS in order to carry out the various credit analysis functions.

Albeit short, my professional experience shows how hard working I am and reflects my ambition. I am dedicated to keeping my career momentum strong by always learning and adapting. For instance, I am currently in the process of taking various online courses on Coursera and Udemy in order to sharpen my skills and keep them relevant in today’s fast-paced professional world.

I am a people person; I am easy to get along with. Change doesn’t threaten me; I can adjust with every situation. I get praised for my high level of interpersonal skills and naturally engaging personality. My motivations include learning new things and the challenge of meeting key objectives.
