I am a Pyschologist graduate and I began my career in the Business Process Outsourcing industry as a Customer Care Representative at Sitel for almost 2 years. Later on, I started my experience in Human Resources as a Compliance Specialist in 2018, then I was promoted to Human Resources Specialist for 3 months. I got the opportunity to become a Talent Acquisition Assistant for 6 months.
