Hi! I'm Kevin, experienced in office based work in my chosen field as Customer Service Representative, Training Apprentice, and Officer In Charge to handle a Team. 

I do inbound and outbound calls to customers to answer their concern and also reply via email, regrading their pet insurance policy with us. Also trained Newbies and equipped them with basic knowledge before endorsement in production. Worked hand in hand with Managers and handled a Team with 7 members for 3months to jumpstart their career in production. 

Have the basic knowledge with Microsoft office tools, little knowledge with lead generation, and handling different virtual assistance tools. I also manage a small cookie business that I advertise via Facebook and Instagram. 

I always follow instructions very carefully for the reason that I want to perform more than what is needed for the project. I am reliable, a fast learner, cooperative, punctual, can work day to day and much willing to learn from here. I can communicate and can respond immediately. I want to improve my skills in data entry, and online customer operations. I am particular in every detail, with polite manners. When I do my task I always give my best and commitment on it. I want to enhance my talent with you and build a wide learning experience.
