Hello! Years ago after finishing University, I discovered I had an affinity for helping people. This led me to a variety of customer service oriented positions over the years including concierge, hotel hospitality, and ultimately to the ticketing industry. Over more than 15 years in that industry I've been able to home many skills; customer service, communications, time management, sales and marketing, negotiating and managerial. I also gained a wealth of knowledge in what to do (and what not to do!) through a few years of experience with my own businesses. I'm an extremely detail oriented person who takes an analytical approach to most endeavors. Also, I have varying levels of experience with a range of applications and workplace marketing tools. Ultimately, I'm always prepared to challenge myself and, that being said, I'm a quick learner so if there is a new application or platform which necessitates familiarity, I'll dive right in.
