Hi, my name is Kevin, and I have almost three years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in the travel and accommodation industry, specifically with Booking.com. In this role, I’ve supported customers worldwide through three main channels—phone calls, live chat, and email—providing fast, reliable assistance across a wide range of concerns.
My main responsibility was helping customers with their car reservations, including cancellations, amendments, refunds, and account-related inquiries on our website. I also assisted with updating pick-up times, adjusting flight details, and resolving other travel-related issues to ensure a smooth experience for every guest.
In addition to my CSR background, I also have experience as a Sales Representative, which strengthened my ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
