I've been working in the customer service field for almost 7
years. Handled inbound and outbound sales, Customer service,
and setting appointments/meetings for some well-known
companies both in the US and Canada.
Also, help to analyze social media audiences and developing a
strategy that’s tailored to Clients, creating and distributing
content across all social media platforms like Facebook,
Instagram, Linked In, Twitter. etc. Monitoring online
conversation and touching base with owners from time to time
as well as scheduling contents/posts using Hootsuite and the
like.
I was able to hone the skills that I acquired from my previous
employment and very receptive to new ideas, as I am willing to
undergo training if needed to improve or develop more skills to
do well on any tasks that will be assigned to me. Easy to work
with and willing to adjust my schedule based on your
preference. Also became an Executive Assistant to a Manager
in which I managed emails, meetings, calendar invites, and
phone calls as well
