I've been working in the customer service field for almost 7 years. Handled inbound and outbound sales, Customer service, and setting appointments/meetings for some well-known companies both in the US and Canada. Also became an Executive Assistant to a Manager in which I managed emails, meetings, calendar invites, and phone calls as well
I was able to hone the skills that I acquired from my previous employment and am very receptive to new ideas, as I am willing to undergo training if needed to improve or develop more skills to do well on any tasks that will be assigned to me.
