I have over twenty years of experience in leading business and personal transformation in
the private and public sectors both locally and overseas. I have worked in the Human
Resources field and Retail sector. My experience also extends to the Financial Services
sector, the Oil industry and local government.
My work experience includes Organisational Change Management, Project Management,
Consulting, Post-Project Reviews, Learning and Development Strategies and
Management, Learning and Workshop Facilitation, Leadership Development and
Coaching, and Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching. I am a qualified Somatic Coach.

I am an independent consultant who thinks laterally and strategically. I enjoy team
interaction and leveraging the knowledge and skill from team colleagues. I appreciate
opportunities to apply key skills. Though my facilitation and inquiry skills I am often able
to identify new strategies and new ways of looking at things.
On a personal level I believe in cultivating my life – in other words I read, I think, I talk, I

Final Project: implement SAP Personnel Admin and Payroll for all
EPWP Workers. My responsibilities include all change activities,
communication, training as well as planning the project rollout. I
am working with the HR department as well as the SAP ERP team
Previous Project: Implement electronic agendas (eAgenda) for all
committee and council meetings. This involved implementing SAP
Case Management, SAP Portal and changed business processes.
eAgenda will help to create, compile and distribute agendas more
effectively and efficiently within the City.
