I am passionate about customer service as my professional creed is that my clients and customers are paramount and my success in serving them is only truly measured by their metrics.
As a project manager, I managed projects for enterprises which included: Starbucks, the State of California, the City of Los Angeles, the County of Los Angeles, the County of Orange, the County of San Diego, the County of Ventura, numerous unified school districts in Southern California, the City of San Fransisco, to name a few.
I also served many clients with equal stature as a Customer Service Manager.
Both of these titles were with AT&T.
I was fortunate to serve clients and customers comprised of diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, educational tiers, origins, and age groups.
