Ive been working in BPO Indusrty for almost 6 years. Speaking and writing in English is quite an easy job for me since I speak and write in English everyday. I'm paid to do it so it wouldn't be a problem if ever I'm required to speak and write in English. And being in the environment wherein everybody is mandated to speak English by heart helps a lot. This has been my motivation by getting consistent top 1 agent for the span of 6 months with competition of 200 agents , Top 1 Subject Matter expert for three months among 20 co SME's, and 4 times of getting the top 1 Team Supervisor among 15 co TLs.
