i have different skills, that i have gained accross 10 years of experince in teh call center industry, i have been able to manage a team of 16 assocites for the last 5 years at one of the best call center in teh region ( acticall Sitel).
I have multitasking skill: i have been able to address and achieve diferent tasks assigned to me and been able to accoplishh them without putting it at risk nono of them.
I have also analytical skills, i have been able to come up with solutions to an isssue, by finding a root cause with data analysis.
I have a great communication skill, i show empathy to address any type of situation to an associate to get to a commun aggreement.
