Keneth Martinez

I have a wide experience in customer service and sales. In my last two years, I have been working as an appointment setter, for Achieve Test Prep, where my job was to schedule a meeting between Sales Department and prospective clients. Before this, I worked for American Credit Acceptance, where we need to verify information that we received from different dealerships with clients to approve loans. With the experiences I have gained on both fields, I was able to further develop my interpersonal skills which enabled me to handle different types of clients. I am also a fast learner and accurate with my work. I have handled big responsibilities from my previous job and can work under pressure.
