KEN NYAGA Web developer ,Technical Support Specialist Experience: 1 year | Available: Immediately | Location: Nairobi-| - ABOUT ME My entry into IT was working as a Technical Support Analyst where I learned the basic of how computer systems and processes work but most importantly how to troubleshoot system and get a solution to fix whatever challenge at hand.
