ABOUT ME
My entry into IT was working as a Technical Support Analyst where I learned the basic of how computer
systems and processes work but most importantly how to troubleshoot system and get a solution to fix whatever
challenge at hand.
Now as a full-stack Web developer with experience in Javascript, angular, PHP yii2, HTML 5, Bootstrap,
MongoDB, MySql, using Figma to create Designs and a basic understanding of Angular Js I use the same
approach to help me understand how to best create workflows and system that work to help solve challenges
presented before me
I have worked as an IT intern at the ministry of the East African community where I learned the basics of
providing technical support as well as other soft skills like communication styles and teamwork, and it
challenged me to be versatile in terms of my skills as I was working with different departments providing various
levels of support like Being a rapporteur for Bilateral meetings.
I was also part of the African development bank coding for employment program where I learned various
technical and soft skills like web development and Microsoft 365 as well as Other skills like entrepreneurship for
8 months
My current role is working as a customer support team where I ensure proper co-ordination between the cx
teams and the other departments and meeting organisational targets set by the head of department
