I am a Google IT support professional with previous experience working as a technical support assistant as well as a customer support team leader for call center,
in my previous role, my duties included
User training on how to use our systems I.E 3cx, CRM and Trello
making research on the various issue on mental health and how to provide first level support to callers
answering any escalated calls forwarded by a team member
making data analysis on weekly reports
liaison between the cx team and the IT on system requirement specification
creating workflows for the cx teams
working with Social media teams on handling cx issues
fixing account issues our system users cx and customers
checking all incoming text messages
apart from my role as customer support and Technical support I have web development skills which I studied under my Business information Technology and Simplon , I have been developing web sites for the last 9 months using PHP , Bootstrap, HTML , jquery , MYSQL
