As a fresher in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry, my experience so far has been quite a learning curve. I worked in a pharmacy account as a customer service representative. During my first four months on the job, I have had the opportunity to gain valuable insights into the world of BPO.
During my tenure as a customer service representative in the BPO business, I handled phone queries and processed orders from consumers. It's been a hard yet gratifying experience learning how to successfully engage with consumers, diagnose problems, and resolve them to their satisfaction. I've also learned the value of always having a professional and courteous approach, especially in challenging situations.
