Kemisha Blake

Hi, I'm Kemisha Blake. I was born and raised in Jamaica where I do reside. My native language is English. I have a three -year work experience history of customer service duties and administrative duties inclusive of phone, chat, and email channels. 

I'm familiar with many softwares and tools such as and not limited to Google and Microsoft Suite, Zendesk, Shopify, Zoom, Canva, Amazon, and Booking.com. 

My hobbies include reading a lot, watching tv and sleeping. I'm tenacious. I work hard to achieve my goals. I'm resourceful, diplomatic, and I've had previous managers tell me that I'm dependable. 

Also, why you should hire me? I take pride in my work by doing it thoroughly which leads to better results. I'm dedicated to completing any task given and ensure it meets or exceeds the client's expectations. 

I am also a great active listener which has made me successful in my previous roles. I'm a perfectionist and I ensure my work is accurate. I have a good attitude. I'm a fast learner, a hard worker, and a great communicator.
