In my previous role, I was able to efficiently and effectively manage a variety of time-consuming administrative tasks like: Scheduling management using Google Calendar; Email management (creating folders, separating and arranging emails; receiving and replying to emails); Social media management (posting, creating content, writing, and basic canva design); Customer support (email, chat, and voice); Gathering, compiling, and updating client information using Google Sheets/Excel; and other general administration.

I also have over 6 years of experience making sales calls to consumers and businesses over the phone while providing efficient and quality service.

Furthermore, I'm good at research and can quickly figure out things on my own. I can easily learn new concepts and processes. I'm skilled at prioritizing and completing tasks as quickly and accurately as possible, and I work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.
