In my work, I use tools like Zendesk, Slack, Unified Command Center, HEX, Aha slides, Lessonly, Leapsome, Five9, FlowEQ, Metabase, Amazon Connect, Loom, Insightful, Confluence, Zoom, Google Docs, Microsoft Office, Maestro, BambooHr, Hubstaff, Calendly, and Grammarly.
I have been providing technical support, phone support, email, and live chat support for more than 4 years now.
Previously, I assisted US visa and ESTA applications for more than two years, handling the entire visa application process independently. I also provided Customer Support simultaneously through phone, email, zoom, social media, and live chat.
I have been dealing with clients with intense emotions, and I am used to handling large volumes of applications while providing Support at the same time.
I am used to working in a fast-paced and intense environment, managing emotions, and paying attention to very tiny details that can ruin applications. This has taught me to speak and write clearly and concisely and to find information and solutions on my own until it requires group assistance.
