I am a results-driven professional with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and over four years of experience in the banking and financial services sector. Currently serving as a SACCO Operations Officer and Deputy Branch Manager, I bring a strong combination of analytical thinking, customer service, and operational efficiency to my role.

Throughout my career, I have gained hands-on experience in credit analysis, loan processing, member account management, and day-to-day branch operations. My background in mathematics has given me a deep appreciation for data-driven decision-making, risk assessment, and financial modeling, which I apply to optimize branch performance and improve member satisfaction.

As a Deputy Branch Manager, I support strategic planning, supervise staff, and contribute to business development initiatives aimed at growing our SACCO’s loan book and membership base. I take pride in upholding financial discipline, fostering a culture of accountability, and delivering practical solutions to both members and internal stakeholders.

I am passionate about continuous learning and growth, particularly in areas such as digital finance, cooperative development, and leadership. My long-term goal is to take on senior leadership roles within the cooperative or financial sector, where I can contribute to inclusive financial empowerment and institutional sustainability.
