I am an HR Professional who can provide consultancy, coaching and training to global commercial or tech organisations who require operational or strategic resource to elevate organisational performance. I am adaptable and flexible for most plug & play resource challenges and have specific experience in MNC's across Europe and Asia regions.

Additionally, I have experience as an HR Board Advisor to an Asia start up and can provide operational support and/or strategic resource planning, ESOP set up, etc to facilitate growth and provide strategic people related business advice fundamental for investor and accelerator commitment.

I am committed to the growth of both individuals and organisations and am currently undertaking additional certification for Conversational Intelligence ™ tools and methodologies which is founded on neuroscience. The aim of the methodology is to facilitate building trust, moving from 'I to We' and creating strong interpersonal leadership skills needed for agile growth and profitability.
