I am proud of my ability to resolve complex problems and deadlocks
and revive stalled IT projects. I would like to highlight the following
facts:
* A company had a project intended to be handled by me. After I left,
it paid RM3000 a man-day to a
software provider for the project.
* A company had two "dead" projects and unrecoverable
outstanding amounts of more than RM300000.
After I took over, the projects reborn and the outstanding amounts
were fully collected.
* A company tried to sell its product by telling the customer that if he
bought the product, I would
personally manage the project.
* A company missed the opportunity to save RM4800 on network
maintenance a month after I left.
* A company had a project worth RM2.6 million. I sustained the
project but months after I left, the
company lost the business.
* The business of a company collapsed with loss of customers after
I left. I was employed back later to
revive the business.

* A company used to have a stalled CCTV project which was then
completed by me.
* I upgraded a company's IT infrastructure while at the same time,
reduced its IT expenditure.
* I improved the IT procedures and audit reports of two companies.
* I detected frauds amounting to more than RM300000 and had
recovered more than RM200000.
* A company had a poorly maintained, manual record of warehouse
transactions for five months which was cleaned up and digitised by
me in a week.
* A company did not have a purchasing procedure and had been
having fraudulent activities in the purchasing process. I implemented
and enforced a purchasing procedure and had since then eliminated
frauds.
* A company did not maintain proper book-keeping and inflow and
outflow of cash were not transparent. I implemented and enforced
proper book-keeping and cash management.
