I hold a Bachelor degree in Information Technology from University of Southern Queensland, Australia. I am an Information Technology and business professional at management and consultant level. My knowledge, expertise and experience covers almost all activities in Information Technology and nearly all areas in a small-to-medium enterprise and I specialise in the areas of Information Technology, business management, operation, customer service, administration and problem solving. I have so far gained work experience in the following sectors: financial services (including banking, insurance and personal financing), manufacturing, port authority, software and retail.

I like to describe myself as a problem solver. A typical organisation faces a number of challenges, inefficiencies and problems in its day-to-day operation, among others. Many of these issues are related to the areas of Information Technology, management, operation, administration and human resource. In fact, I am proud of my ability to revive stalled Information Technology projects and resolving issues a company faces.

I am good at managing tasks, including planning, scheduling, monitoring, tracking, co-ordinating and problem solving. Ensuring things are going smoothly according to plans and objectives are met gives me a sense of achievement. I place importance on human factors including communication and that is among the reasons that enable me to resolve complex issues.
