Background and Work Experience :
I am 21 years old, youngest among the 10 siblings and very dedicated person to any task assign to me. For teh support, in my On-the-job Training I rendered 360 hours in Shemberg Food Corporation Fulfilling the position of Human Resource practicum. I was exposed to HR facets; Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Recruitment and Selection. It was a quite tough experience yet a helping scheme for my future. I facilitated a seminar entitled “Phone Etiquette” and help my colleague facilitating his seminar entitled “Safety Drive of Forklift’’.
In Employee Relations, I used to help the marketing department to plan an event for the staffs of the company. In Compensation and Benefits, I count the number of duty hours and the late minutes on the DTR of the rank & file employees. Among those facets, I can say that my strength until now is more likely on Recruitment & Selection. On this field I was able to perform my task well; to interview applicants, facilitating exams and screened their resumes.As a fresh graduate, I need to find a job that will totally helped me to be fully equipped and at the same time I can use my skills and knowledge.
For now I am currently have may job in MINI Cebu Philippines fulfilling the responsibility / position as Sales Admin, Customer Relations Management, and Marketing. On this, I was able to grow as individual and form a better me for performing my task and duties. It was always been in my mind before how can I handle multi-tasking when I finish my studies. Now I came to realize that multi- tasking is already part of daily challenge in life. And I am glad to experience such situations, I was able to stand my own self and perform my job as well.
