I am a person who does not give up easily, the person who is fighter in terms of work the person who is active and jolly. I usually finished my work ahead of time because I don't want to be a loser at the end. I am also a goal-oriented individual and at the same time result-oriented. I am so keen in terms of doing my task because I have to prove myself that I am strong and good staff of an organization. As a fresher, all I want is to work and apply my theoretical knowledge and of course to gain back more practical knowledge for the contentment and the betterment of an organization. When I had my On-the-Job training I was able to handle seminar by myself and the attendees or the participants are the higher ranks of the company. It is not that easy to convince them about my seminar but still I'm doing my best to conquer my fears of rejection from them. Still I stood and doing my best to explain and answer their questions. I was assigned to a rehabilitation center for 3 months. Almost all of them ( Patients) are substance dependents which needs to be counsel. They need counseling because the trauma, phobia and all are still present inside their minds. I have to help them understand the scenario, the fact of life and give them advice so they will feel secure and not guilty at all. It was a quite long process to convince them and get their Trust. It was a great experienced that I ever had. Putting myself inside their shoe helps me understand why they are doing it. I love to hear their problems and I also love give them advises.
