Hi, I am from the Philippines. I have worked with several projects in different verticals. Experienced from being a customer service representative to being an operations manager to a call center where we handle sales, health care, and lead generation. Someone who understands the nuances of managing an Admin's busy day and proactively tackle issues with a sharp eye for detail and a drive to organize, I thrive on making sure every day has a clear plan that's clearly communicated.
From my experiences, I understand the importance of being proactive. In addition to being good at scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and managing tasks. I've also developed the ability to anticipate roadblocks and create effective alternative plans. My greatest value to any executive is my ability to work independently, freeing the client's time to focus on the needs of the business.
During my previous role at United Home Group (Keller Williams), I served as the assistant to the Director of Operations and three of the company's Transaction Coordinator. I was praised for my time management skills and commitment to excellence. I was recognized for being a quick learner and for my dedication towards work in the early stage which made me apart of the ops department, specifically in the payroll department where we make the Partner's net pay based on commission in all states.
