Ensuring regular health checkups of different network connections and optical devices as well as troubleshooting the devices with respective teams for resolving issues related to power fluctuations, device down issues etc.

Having hands-on experience over Incident Management tools such as Remedy, ICM, and a variety of monitoring Tools such as TNMS, Syslog, RDP, PHYNET Tool.

Having knowledge on optical devices such as ADVA and GROOVE as well as experience in creating and assigning tickets to DCS engineers through GDCO and raising RMA tickets if the devices are found to be faulty.

Querying with Service Providers like Airtel with Issues Regarding Leased line.

Partnered with Microsoft FTE’s and onboarded a new track (optical transport network) within the cloud environment.

Having good work experience in ADVA(Madison) and Infinera Groove (Coriant)

technology.

Worked on deployments and Core trouble shootings with Datacenter technicians.

Configuration of Optical devices to establish the connectivity between different geographical location data centers to maintain Long-haul connectivity.

Network device deployment, configuration, management and tuning for optimum performance.

Implementation of network expansion as per client requirement.

End to end trouble shooting for optical devices.

Handling ICM’s, VSOs, GDCO and performing WW tasks and coordinating with DCS and Vendor Teams.

Coordinating with data center technician to troubleshoot the Network Related Issues (link issues, span level issues, pre-amp, Booster)

Initiating RMAs for any fault deducted in ADVA or INFINERA devices.

Planning and monitoring the ongoing and deployments progress, resolving issues, and initiating corrective actions, to meet deadlines.
