Hi, I’m Katrina S. Palmario from Bocaue, Bulacan. As a professional, I have a strong passion for continuous learning and actively embrace new challenges that will help me grow. I tend to be quiet and focused when working, as it allows me to concentrate fully and be good on what I am doing. As a Senior Claims Associate at Manulife, I gained 3 years of experience in claims industry. and I was responsible for reviewing and processing insurance claims, as well as conducting detailed analysis to resolve discrepancies in claims documentation. I also regularly assessed claim decisions both approvals and denials in alignment with policy guidelines, also in medical records and policy documents to determine the claims validity and eligibility coverage. I also handled inquiries regarding their claim statuses by having accurate communication throughout the process. I am confident in my ability to manage responsibilities efficiently and identify opportunities for process improvement.
