I have accumulated extensive experience in the customer service field since 2006, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional support and service to clients. In 2019, I transitioned into remote work, allowing me to further hone my skills in a virtual setting. Over the course of my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work for a telecommunications company for more than 10 years, gaining valuable insight into both customer service and technical support. This role gave me a solid foundation in resolving technical issues and providing effective solutions to customers.
In 2019, I also began my journey as a virtual assistant, initially taking on the role of a customer service representative for an online retail store servicing customers in the United States. Through this experience, I developed a strong understanding of e-commerce operations and customer needs in a digital space.
As I progressed, I was promoted to the role of Operations Lead for a photobooth company based in the US. In this capacity, I was responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination between teams, and driving improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role allowed me to gain leadership experience and expand my expertise in managing remote teams, improving workflow processes, and maintaining high standards of service.
