Collaborates with the Assistant Deputy Program Manager to interpret government conference planning guidelines
and requirements, as well as successfully navigating the government approval process
Responsible for negotiating venue contracts through the signing process
Routinely corresponds with meeting attendees across all agencies to provide specific travel support required by their

Works closely with venues to ensure complete and accurate meeting logistics are reflected in Event Orders
Coordinates with venues’ audio visual teams in order to ensure all technical requirements are met and all equipment
is running properly on-site
Required to keep detailed data from all past meetings for government auditing purposes
