I have more than 10 years of sourcing and recruitment exposure both for IT and non IT roles ranging from mid to senior levels. A Recruitment Expert for 5 years and currently supporting Dimension Data's 14 countries in Asia Pacific with regards to sourcing, talent acquisition and strategic hiring. A Regional TALEO Administrator (Recruitment system tool) and the Regional Saba Administrator (a Learning and Development system) trained in Singapore.

Currently, I am the POC Lead involved in the Shared Services set up for Manila that will support DD APAC's HR recruitment administrative function with Workday as our new HR system.
