I have been in the BPO Industry for 8 years now. I started as a Customer Service Consultant and Marketing Researcher. I have been trained with different businesses like Online Web Selling, Marketing Research over the phone, Telecommunications, Billing, Credit Cards Services. I have good communication skills in English since I have experienced being an English Teacher to foreigners. I was promoted to an Escalations Team wherein I would receive Supervisor calls from clients. Currently I am a Quality Assurance Specialist wherein I would identify possible risk, do analysis and think of action plans to reduce the defects identified. I have basic skills in MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel. I am eager to learn and flexible with the task given to me. I make sure that I am able to do my task properly and in a timely manner.
