Kathleen Kayzel Garcia

I'm a passionate and detail-oriented professional with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing Management. Graduating in March 2019 from Abada College in Oriental Mindoro, I built a strong foundation in market research, consumer behavior, and strategic marketing. My educational background, combined with practical experience, has equipped me with a diverse skill set that I continually hone to stay competitive in the marketing industry.

Previously, I served as an Administrative Aide IV at the Municipal Government of Pinamalayan, where I’ve successfully streamlined office workflows, managed extensive documentation, and supported high levels of efficiency. My role has allowed me to demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills while achieving recognition for outstanding administrative performance and contributing to significant office accomplishments.

I am also deeply committed to growing my expertise through training and certifications. Recently, I completed various programs, including training in General Virtual Assistance, Real Estate Virtual Assistance, Social Media Marketing, and Bookkeeping with QuickBooks. These experiences have strengthened my abilities in digital marketing, project management, and client relations, allowing me to adapt to the evolving demands of the workplace.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I have a strong passion for the arts. Whether I'm diving into literature, creating graphic designs with Canva, or exploring photography and videography, I find immense joy in expressing creativity. Music and singing bring an additional layer of fulfillment to my life, as does the art of calligraphy and stage performance. 

What drives me is not just achieving goals but doing so with a balance of professionalism and a dash of creativity. I believe that adaptability and effective communication are key to success, making me a collaborative team member who thrives in diverse environments. I look forward to continuing my journey, leveraging my skills to contribute meaningfully to my field while pursuing my passions in the arts.
