I have been in BPO industry for almost 2 years now and I believe that my communication skill improved a lot. I am currently with Conduent for just a year and I was able to be cross trained to a different account which is a whole lot different from the main account that I am handling , so being able to handle 2 different account and with completely different process I believe I am capable of doing multi tasking and provide quality customer care. It may be for 3 months only however it taught me a lot especially on call handling. I am amenable with shifting schedule and willing work overtime if needed.
