I have more than 4 years of experience working in customer service. I have knowledge working with Zendesk to provide a great customer services thru emails. I used macros and help my team to modify existing macros also, so we can respond to all customers inquiries quickly. I have knowledge using Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
I would describe myself as: hardworking because I can complete more than two tasks at the same time, so if you´re going to give me a lot of tasks, I can work under pressure with quality. Creative because I can find ways to resolve and think on new ideas to innovate. And willing because I don´t know everything and I am happy to be in the process of learning new things, I am always open to hear feedback and take others good practices to be mine too.
