I used to work for a US Telco company and handled billing disputes and account inquiries via phone, email and chat. I also did various back-office processes like data entry, billing correction, escalations and refunds processing. I find making customers happy very fulfilling. So in every chance that I get I make sure I'm giving my 100%. To sum it up, I love providing customer service and I always make sure customer satisfaction comes first.I have been doing data entry for well over a decade.

I have handled quite a number of data entry projects, which included analyzing errors and inputting corrections, copying notes and codes, looking up information in scanned documents and entering in the CRM.

I gained skills in lead research/lead generation when I started working online in Feb 2019, where we provide B2B companies with quality sales leads. Aside from researching company and employee information and profiles, I have also handled other projects that required clean-up and updating of databases.
