With a Master’s in Developmental Psychology and a multidisciplinary background in instructional design, content quality assurance, and research-based education, I bring both structure and heart to the digital learning space. My professional journey began as a Life Skills teacher and Life Coach for adolescents—an experience that sparked my enduring commitment to human-centered learning and now informs my graduate research into “wholeness of being” as a holistic framework in psychotherapy and education.

Over the years, I’ve led training initiatives, managed content teams, and collaborated across instructional, creative, and operational departments to develop high-quality learning experiences for diverse audiences. I'm well-versed in QA principles, learning design methodologies, and content integrity—ensuring every deliverable aligns with project goals, learning outcomes, and accessibility standards. I bring a meticulous eye for detail, a deep respect for pedagogical clarity, and hands-on experience with tools like ClickUp, Notion, Google Workspace, and Canva.

Beyond Work

I care for a small group of rescued cats and feed stray dogs—a quiet practice that continues to teach me emotional regulation and the importance of showing up even when I don’t have all the answers. I’ve learned not to measure fulfillment by results or recognition, but by the integrity of the act itself. It’s made me more open to learning, collaboration, and supporting others wherever I'm needed.

I’m also a passionate self-learner and writer, balancing academic research with creative writing and storytelling. My reading interests span psychology, neuroscience, health, philosophy, and science. I’m particularly inspired by thinkers like Naval Ravikant, Andrew Huberman, Anna Lembke, and Daniel Kahneman. For creative balance, I enjoy J.D. Robb novels and reflective content from creators like Dan Koe.
