I used to work in BPO Company for 3 years and 10 months, I have customer experience with worldwide clients and can handle customers in the best possible way according to company requirements. Part of my experience is assisting E-commerce sellers and buyer, assisting merchants for customization on their website, a Collection specialist, where we help our customers to process payment and setup a payment plan to make the account up to date.
And I handle Phone calls, both Inbound and Outbound call and Live chats and also Email.
Working in a Customers Service field teach me a lot to do better in work.
